This post is awkward for me because no one asked for “my intuitive insight” and I’m conveying this in a public forum and not a confidential consultation. (When I work with business owners & entrepreneurs as an “Intuitive Business Consultant” it’s always confidential and specifically for their benefit. In this case, I am my own client and choosing to share my intuitive insights on on website.)
My intuition keeps telling me that James Arthur Ray laid off his Carlsbad staff, but I have no way to physically confirm the information.
On Wednesday last, I posted about Megan Fredrickson making changes to her LinkedIn profile and speculated that she may be “jumping ship” either by necessity or choice. Since that post, my every intuitive inkling leads me to believe that JRI has laid off their staff. I personally would bet the farm on it. It’s my WABIG (wild ass, but intuitive guess) that most or all of JRI’s staff was let go early this week. My hunch is Ray may have kept Megan & Josh Fredrickson on the payroll to hold down what’s left of Fort JRI.
I intuitively know this from pondering the question: Why would Megan Fredirckson change her LinkedIn Profile?
During the past 20+ years I’ve practiced and mastered my Intuition. Which I combine with 25+ years of business experience to provide tangible business strategies and results for my clients. People hire me as an intuitive business consultant for specific answers to specific problems. Typically they already know the answer, but don’t like what they know. So they’ll consult me for confirmation and the hope that I see something they can’t see. I get intuitive insights about the issue which we’ll use to create specific business strategies and actions to get the results they want.
What I do isn’t unique. We all can learn to quiet our minds (quiet the ‘chattering monkey‘ between our ears) and become aware of many things. Intuitive information is impersonal but most people take everything personally which causes causes their problems. Here are some things to remember:
- The future is not set in stone. With enough time, YOU can change your future.
- Intuitive information is specific to you and for you.
- Intuitive Insights are valid at the moment they are realized.
- You are always free choose.
About my business intuition and intuitive business consultations, I find it difficult to tell the world that I’m “intuitive“. Intuition is the domain of women (intuitive consultants are typically female). After all, it’s called Women’s Intuition not Bald Guy’s Intuition.
Each one of us has everything that we need for happiness & success within our hearts and within our own knowing, if we choose to listen. I simply help people hear what that voice is saying, until that can hear and trust it for themselves.
I read somewhere that there were 3 JRI layoffs in August. I don’t doubt he dropped the hatchet on his staff.
Talking about JRI staff is interesting. From where I stand it appears James Ray makes many of his employees pay him money instead of the traditional model of employee/employer relationships in which people do work and then get paid for it. I rather suspect James Ray has committed various labor law violations. Arguably he also provides unsafe working conditions and perhaps OSHA should also jump in and take a little look see.
